How do I reset my reading streak?

Your reading streak tracks consecutive days of opening a verse. If you miss a day, your streak resets automatically. Unfortunately, there is no way to manually reset or restore a streak. Just start fresh — every day is a new beginning!

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your subscription through your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Still. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Still. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Can I use Still offline?

Yes! Your daily verse and breathing exercises are available offline. However, some ambient sounds may require an internet connection for the initial download. Once downloaded, they are cached for offline use.

How do I change the app language?

Go to the Profile tab > Settings > Language. Still is available in 7 languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, and Tagalog.

Is my prayer journal data private?

Your prayer journal entries are stored locally on your device and synced to our secure servers for backup and multi-device access. They are only accessible by you through your account. Note that prayer entries are stored as plain text (not encrypted like Letters).

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, tap the gear icon on your profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. This will permanently delete all your data. You can also request account deletion by contacting us at contact@stillmoment.io.
