By downloading, installing, or using the Still application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
Still is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content provided within the app, including Bible verses, soundscapes, and guided sessions, without prior written consent.
Subscriptions & Payments
Some features of Still require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Still app — including text, graphics, logos, audio, and software — are the exclusive property of Still and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Still is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
